Parent Visa

Parent Visa

Our team assists parents who wish to join their children in Australia through both temporary and permanent parent visa options. We guide you through the eligibility criteria, waiting times, and required documentation for a successful application. Key visa options include:

Contributory Parent Visa (Subclass 143)

A permanent residency visa for parents who have children living in Australia and are willing to make a significant financial contribution for a faster outcome.

Parent Visa (Subclass 103)

A permanent visa allowing parents to live in Australia with their children. However, the waiting time for this visa can be quite long, often up to 30 years.

Aged Parent Visa (Subclass 804)

This visa allows aged parents, who are onshore and meet specific age requirements, to live in Australia as permanent residents.

Sponsored Parent Temporary Visa (Subclass 870)

A temporary visa that allows parents to live in Australia for up to five years without meeting the Balance of Family Test. This visa is renewable but does not offer a pathway to permanent residency.
